We would like a pill or quick fix to everything, ignoring the deeper issues that cause whatever discomfort or ailment that we may be suffering from. This tendency to just bury problems with fast solutions causes these problems to pile up, and we become ticking time bombs.
As the human body ages, cellular processes continually require the recycling of nutrients and energy to work efficiently. As we age, especially after age 40, our hormonal systems start to slow. Hormones like testosterone, growth hormone, IGF-1 and others start to decline. They’re in charge of sexual energy and vigor, along with general well-being, motivation, and the sensation of’ambition’especially in men.
You might have noticed as you’ve gotten older that you simply don’t have the “zest” for things like you used to, right?
Well, don’t fret. There are certainly a few techniques for getting everything operating at maximum capacity again.
1.) Begin to exercise if you have not been doing it
You’ve probably heard countless times how exercise is “beneficial to you.” But did you understand that it can in fact help you feel good, too? Another good technique is not to eliminate bad foods necessarily, but to slowly start to include well-balanced meals in. The concept is the well-balanced meals provide additional nutrients that eventually the healthy foods will edge out the bad ones.
Most of us think of reducing sugar – mostly whenever we consider our weight. However, there are certainly a good number of explanations why we ought to reduce or eliminate sugar from our diets.

4.) Try Fasting
Many have heard the spiel — Our ancient ancestors hunted every couple of days, made a kill, feasted, and then rested for a couple days like a number of lazy high schoolers. This anecdote has some truth, however. A straightforward approach to intermittent fasting is always to simply wait until noon to eat.
From there, don’t eat past 8 pm. Eating at this 8 hour window will maximize the body’s nutrient partitioning abilities, and ensure you maximize the muscle building capability and minimize the fat storage potential of the foods you eat. It will equally increase your energy through the entire day tremendously.
5.) Try adding a DHEA (Dehydroepiandrosterone) Supplement
Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is just a hormone that originates from the adrenal gland. It can also be produced in the brain. DHEA contributes to the production of androgen’s and estrogen’s (male and female sex hormones). This is really important in both men and women, and plays important roles in both sexes. DHEA levels within the body start to decrease after age 30. Levels decrease quicker in women.
